One of our family summer projects is to build a treehouse in the backyard!! Here are some pinterest finds that I love!!

make a sturdy roof – it’s a pain to repair a tree house roof
if it’s high make sure you have some sort of door, the best is one of those split doors, that you can open/close top and bottom seperately
do use a ladder that can be “hauled in/up”
… hmmm that’s all I can think of
ohh and don’t be sad if it’s off limits for grown ups, except on special invitation to tea parties …
